  • Return Policy:  Returns are accepted for refund or exchange if returned in original unused saleable condition with all parts and pieces, within 30 days of purchase.  If the return is a product we outsourced, there will be a 25% restocking fee.   Refunds or credits will be issued the same day as received.  For returns between 30 and 45 days that are manufactured by CHCo, a 25% restocking fee will be charged.  We will not accept returns after 45 days of purchase.  Shipping costs for returns due to a CHCo mistake will be paid by CHC0.  Shipping costs for all other returns will be paid by the customer.  Please include a note with contact information, and reason for return, or a copy of the invoice.  Let us know in advance of your return at contact@chco.biz

  • Privacy Policy:  We do not sell our customer lists to anyone.  We send marketing emails from time to time.  You may request that they not be sent by clicking the unsubscribe link.

  • Terms and Conditions:  Payment at time order is placed unless a commercial account has been opened.

  • Warranty:  defective hardware will be repaired or replaced as indicated at no charge for a period of 5 years.  Finishes are warranted for 1 year
