Look for us on HGTV! "Who's Afraid of a Cheap Old House?"

Check us out on HGTV's "Who's Afraid of a Cheap Old House?" every Tuesday at 10pm EST! We most recently supplied them with our Rice hardware (pictured below). The rice pattern was originally produced by Yale and Towne of Stamford Connecticut around 1885. We collected the original antique hardware and remade the moulds. One of our favorite patterns! It is such a pleasure to be featured on such an incredible television program!

I love how this article highlights the charm of restoring older homes and embracing their unique character. The focus on affordable renovations is such a refreshing approach, especially in a time when home makeovers can often seem overly extravagant. It got me thinking about how these principles could apply to spaces designed for special gatherings, like a wedding retreat. Imagine incorporating timeless elements into a venue that balances vintage charm with modern comfort—creating a memorable setting for couples to relax and celebrate. Restoring old spaces not only preserves history but also brings people together in meaningful ways.

It’s exciting to see such unique historical pieces featured on HGTV’s "Who’s Afraid of a Cheap Old House?" It’s amazing how preserving the past can blend with today’s market—just like when selling a house in probate, where every detail counts!
