Our 1840 cast brass entry rim lock is a reproduction of one of the first American made rim locks.  All of the interior parts are solid brass.  Everything is included to outfit your door.  We recommend adding a deadbolt above when used on an entry door so that you won't have the 5" key in your pocket!

    This Vertical Rim Lock Set has a reversible lock, which may be used on either the L or R side of the door. Two solid brass reproduction keys are included with each lock set. The set comes with pair of colonial doorknobs, escutcheon, and rosette.

    The lock body measures 3-1/2" x 2-7/8" x 1/2" without the keeper.
