Charleston Hardware Company’s curated antique hardware collections offer accurate, period appropriate reproductions of door, furniture, and window hardware all derived from original antiques. Each product has been meticulously reproduced to stand the test of time and celebrate American architecture, ranging from colonial style door hardware to mid century modern cabinet hardware.

Rice

This antique bronze doorknob set is an exact recreation of the Yale & Towne Rice pattern designs from the 1880s. This accurate, long-lasting, and elegant vintage-inspired knob adds a touch of vintage American hardware to any space as it is made of solid bronze utilizing age-old techniques. 

Oriental

Originally introduced in 1884 by Branford Lock Works, the Oriental pattern quickly became a popular design of the era. Its motifs feature an open fan, rising sun, and bamboo, all symbolic elements reflecting the period’s fascination with Eastern influence.

Beaded

The Beaded collection is inspired by a pattern from Reading Hardware Co. of Reading, NY. This classic pattern has stood the test of due to its classic and versatile motif.

Eastlake

The Eastlake Collection includes a variety of patterns featuring scenes of nature, repeating motifs, and geometric shapes. Charles Locke Eastlake, a British architect, was inspired by Eastern influences and embellishments.

Roanoke

Graceful neoclassical lines and simple ornamentation—ideal for 18th-century American homes and Federal-style restorations.

Deco

The Deco Collection celebrates the elegance of early 20th-century modernism, this collection captures the era’s geometric lines, symmetry, and machine-age luxury in brass hardware.
