Return and Warranty Policy

Return Policy: Charleston Hardware Company accepts returns postmarked within 30 days of delivery if items are unused, in original condition, and include all parts and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Custom, made-to-order, hand-antiqued finishes, and installed products are not eligible for returns. No returns are accepted after 30 days of delivery. Returns of products from our partner companies may require a 25% restocking fee. If a return is due to a Charleston Hardware Company error, we will cover return shipping costs; otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged or incorrect orders, please notify us at [email protected], and we will send you the correct order as soon as possible and process the return.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy and will never sell or share your email address. We encourage you to join our email list to receive new product releases, design inspiration, and occasional special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Warranty: If our hardware proves defective within 5 years of the date of purchase, we will replace the item at no cost, providing it was properly installed, maintained, and has not been altered or customized.

Finishes are warranted for 1 year. Some finishes, including unlacquered and wrought iron finishes will naturally patina over time. Naturally occurring patina is not covered under the finish warranty.
